Slimming Beginner Plan

  
~Beginner Plan~
 
1 month supply :   Formula 1 (550g)  x3 
                                Formula 3  x 1
                                Herbal Concentrate (Tea Mix) (100g) x 1


Breakfast

Step 1 - Herbal Aloe 3 cap mix with 200ml-300ml warm water (After Wakeup Immedialy Drink)

Step 2 - 6.30am cell u loss 1 pieces+ Breakfast 3 Big Spoon of F1 Milk shake + 1 big spoon protein F3

(After drinking f1+f3 must wait half hours before can drink Tea mix)

Step 3 - 9-10am 3 Big Spoon of F1 Milk shake + 1 big spoon protein F3


Lunch

Step1-12pm-1pm cell u loss 1 piece (after eat immedialy taking lunch)

Step 2 - drink tea mix after lunch (tea mix can help metabolism and burn fat)

(must use herbalife spoon for measurement)


Dinner

Step 1 - 6pm cell u loss 1 pieces + Dinner 3 Big Spoon of F1 Milk shake + 1 big spoon protein F3

Step 2 - 10pm, if hungry, you can drink milk shake 3 tablespoons F1 + 1 big spoon protein F3


Attention 


    • 2-3 hours after drinking the F1+F3 cannot eat anything
    • F1+F3cannot mix with hot water will destroy the nutrition
    • Every day must drink 3000ML-4000Ml water including teamix
    • If u feel Hungry can drink one more glass f1+f3,remember don let your self feel huggry if not u cant slim down
    • Tea Mix 1 small spoon mix 1000Ml of water (1 day need to drink 3-4 small spoon TeaMix)
    • Tea Mix, please try to finish before the 8:00 (drink Teamix water can increase the metabolism and burn fat super fast)
